Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sikkim Game platform. This constitutes a binding legal agreement between you (the “Player”) and Sikkim Game.

1. User Eligibility

  • By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are a resident of India and are accessing our Services from a state where online lottery and real-money gaming are legally permitted.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (password and mobile number).
  • You are permitted to operate only one (1) account. The use of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Legal & Prohibited Use

  • You agree to use our Services in full compliance with the laws of India and the Sikkim Online Gaming (Regulation) Act.
  • You are strictly prohibited from:
    • Using any automated software (bots), hacks, or third-party tools.
    • Engaging in collusion with other players.
    • Attempting to launder money or engage in any fraudulent activity.
    • Using the account of another person.
  • Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, cancellation of any winnings, and potential legal action.

4. Payments, Recharge, and Withdrawals

  • All deposits (recharges) must be made from a payment source (UPI, bank account) that is registered in your own name.
  • We reserve the right to require successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal.
  • We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, which are subject to change and may vary based on your VIP status and payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sikkim Game provides its Services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to connection failures, software bugs, or any technical issues. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of the wager you placed or the balance in your account, as deemed appropriate by management.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
